Some years ago when visiting my Aunty in Gloucester hospital, we used the stairs instead of the lifts.
Every so often there was a pic on the wall of a choc bar, saying how many calories were burned equivalent to said chocolate.

My favourite art installation is in Ashton Court, Bristol. It is a giant a jar metal door set in nature. The possibilities of what may lay on the other side of that door tugs at my mind still many years later.
Oh that sounds just fantastic! Planning a trip to Bristol next year, so I'll defiantly add that to my must-do list.
